NOTICE
We are a wholesale website, and the MOQ of all goods is one carton and can only be bought in the whole box.
For example, this product is packed with 10 pieces per carton, so MOQ for this product is 10 pieces.
You can buy 10 pieces, 20 pieces, 30 pieces etc. But you can't buy unpacked quantities, such as 15 pieces and 25 pieces.
If this happens, please contact us for handling.
PAYMENT METHODS
Q: What payment options are available?
A: We accept Paypal,PingAnBank,T/T.
We don't accept Visa, MasterCard debit, pre-payment cards, creditAmerican Express, Diners Club, Cheques, Postal Orders or cash.
Q: After I have placed an order, when will payment be taken?
A: Payment will be taken before your item is dispatched to you.
SHIPPING AND DELIVERY
Q: When will you ship my order?
A: For China, we aim to deliver your items within 3 – 5 working days from when your payment details are authorised.
Delivery to addresses outside the China (when available), will typically take 7 – 15 working days.
Q: How much is Postage and Packaging?
A: Delivery is free on orders over $100 to China Mainland addresses (excluding Xinjiang and Tibet).
Free delivery to Jiangsu, Zhejiang and Shanghai.
Q: Do you deliver overseas and if so, how much does it cost?
A: We can deliver to other areas and the cost of this will be charged at the rates shown on our Delivery Information Page. Bulkier orders will need to be costed and we will contact you about postage before we send the order.
We will aim to send the item via the most economical service. We can also quote for quicker delivery if available.
Q: What happens if the goods I've ordered are out of stock?
A: If we have any problems with your order, we will contact you. Please ensure you give us as many points of contact as possible.

Q: What happens if I want to return something I've had delivered?
A:For added peace of mind, we offer you a 12-day money back guarantee on purchases. If you are not completely satisfied, we will provide a refund or exchange for the item within 12 days of your purchase. We will apply your
refund,less shipping and handling, to the original form of payment. If you would prefer an exchange, we will send it promptly. If you are returning items that were ordered as part of a promotional discount or were bundled, we will
gladly accept the return; however, the value of the discount, free product, or gift card will be deducted from your reimbursement.

Q: What happens when you receive my returned goods?
A: Refunds and exchanges will be processed upon receipt of goods that are in re-saleable condition and accompanied by a returns note. Return postage costs are the responsibility of the customer; we regret that we cannot be held
